Ingredients
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda and powder, salt in mixing bowl.
- Add applesauce, eggs and oil and blend well.
- Add cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg to mixture.
- Fold in raisins thoroughly.
- Use rounded tablespoon to heap batter onto greased cookie sheet. Ensure cookies are 1” apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow cooling before moving to wired rack.
