Vegan Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

  • 1½ Bananas
  • ½ cup of applesauce Links
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of raisin or dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of nutmeg


  1. Mash out the bananas.
  2. Put the bananas, the apple sauce, vanilla and sugar together into the mixing bowl and use the electric mixer and blend them together.
  3. Then add in the dry ingredients, such as the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and oatmeal.
  4. When the mixture creams out, drop the batter onto the greased cookie sheet
  5. Turn the oven on to 350 degrees F and place the cookie sheet into the oven for 20 – 30 minutes.
